Healthy Consumer Physical Therapy is a small, specialty outpatient clinic that is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Part-Time Physical Therapist who values connection, empathy, and clinical growth. This role will provide specialized one-on-one treatment with patients in a calm, relationship-based environment where your clinical reasoning and compassion truly matter. Healthy Consumer Physical Therapy offers a safe, supportive, and empowering space for those who are often overlooked or misunderstood in traditional care.
This on-site, part-time position offers flexible scheduling (Wednesday availability required), with the opportunity to work up to 20-25 hours /week. The Physical Therapist will collaborate closely with the Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) and other healthcare providers to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care to their unique patient population, including individuals living with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS), Hypermobility Spectrum Disorders (HSD), chronic pain, and other complex conditions.
Healthy Consumer Physical Therapy values professional development. There is a $1,500 sign-on bonus ($500 paid at 3, 6, and 12 months), along with continuing education credits and other opportunities for advancement. A Simple IRA plan will also be provided. Position Responsibilities
• Provide individualized, evidence-informed care using a biopsychosocial approach.
• Complete evaluations and create a thoughtful, goal-based plan of care.
• Support patients in developing confidence, self-management, and sustainable progress.
• Maintain clear, timely, and respectful documentation.
• Adhere to HIPAA guidelines and clinic policies.
• Collaborate with the clinic owner for case consultation and mentorship.
• Participate in occasional team training, meetings, and skill development.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the DPT.
