We are thrilled to announce that Ms. Riley Vlahakis has been named the new President of Hiring Solutions LLC!

Riley joined the Hiring Solutions LLC team in 2022 and has been an invaluable driver of our strategic growth since, previously serving as Vice President of the organization. With a robust background in Human Resources, a degree in Human Resources and Labor Relations from Michigan State University, and her SHRM-CP certification, she is exceptionally prepared to guide our firm into the future.

Riley succeeds Mr. Todd Surline, who has intentionally built this leadership succession plan with her over the past two years. Todd isn’t going far, he will remain with the firm in a consulting capacity to ensure a seamless transition, while continuing his impactful work teaching junior and senior business majors as an Adjunct Professor at MSU’s Eli Broad College of Business.
